fazendo referência a California Bloodlines, LP, Album, RE, SN 16150. Understated, under-rated country/folk singer-songwriter masterpiece from 1969. From former Kingston Trio member John Stewart, this album was quietly highly influential. Responder Notifique-me Helpful. The enthusiasm and honesty of John's songs is palpable and it is very obvious that the Nashville session players were really enthused as well. I have just about everything John Stewart recorded, but this album really can't be beat.

Issued in 1969, California Bloodlines is regarded by many to be singer/songwriter John Stewart's finest work. That's debatable, but it is a hell of an album. Stewart, who had finally left behind the Kingston Trio to pursue a solo career, solidified it here. Well known as the guy who wrote "Daydream Believer" for the Monkees, Stewart proved to be a credible, sometimes even enigmatic performer in his own right. Nick Venet produced California Bloodlines.

John Davidson (11 April 1857 – 23 March 1909) was a Scottish poet, playwright and novelist, best known for his ballads. He also did translations from French and German. In 1909, financial difficulties, as well as physical and mental health problems, led to his suicide. He was born at Barrhead, East Renfrewshire as the son of Alexander Davidson, an Evangelical Union minister and Helen née Crocket of Elgin

California Bloodlines is the second album by folk musician John Stewart, former member of the Kingston Trio. It was named by Rolling Stone as of one of the 200 best albums of all time. The album, which was considered by many to be his signature album, was recorded in Nashville. Stewart used some of the same musicians that recorded on Bob Dylan's Nashville Skyline, which was recorded at the same studio.
