A new version of Last. Overview (current section).

The Fatima Mansions were an art rock group formed in 1988 by Cork singer/keyboardist Cathal Coughlan, formerly of Microdisney. The original line-up consisted of Coughlan, Nick Allum, Jonathan Fell, Zac Woolhouse and Aindrias O'Gruama. They took their name from the Fatima Mansions corporation flats in Rialto, Dublin. The Fatima Mansions had some indie chart success with albums such as Against Nature, Viva Dead Ponies, Bertie's Brochures, Valhalla Avenue and Lost in the Former West. As with their later album Lost in the Former West, the American release of Viva Dead Ponies featured a different track list, removing the poppy "Thursday" and adding the "Only Losers Take The Bus" and "Blues For Ceaucescu" singles to give the album a more sustained guitar rock emphasis.

This is the American track listing of the album, which excludes "Sunken Cities" and uses the tracks "Go Home Bible Mike" and "Something Bad" from the "Valhalla Avenue" album. woow thanks beautiful.

Album Lost in the Former West. The Loyaliser Lyrics. The model volcano by the giant gas tank The street corner gun-market next to the robbed bank The poorhouse next to the Uniroyal palace A tower of riches, beside it the abyss. Sit in the gridlock under the stopped clock Long for a new taste? Suck on a breeze-block Your brain is a doughnut, your spirit's a dry cup This place has the poison to fill them all right up Lockdown London- Headbutt the pebble-dash.
