100th Window is the fourth studio album by English trip-hop group Massive Attack. Of the band's original core trio, the album only features Robert Del Naja. Released in February 2003, 100th Window was written and produced by Del Naja and Neil Davidge, and features vocals from Horace Andy, Sinéad O'Connor and Damon Albarn. It is the first album by the band that made no use of samples, while still maintaining their trademark sound. Pressed on 180G Black Vinyl.

On the evidence of 100th Window, their fifth album, Massive Attack have escaped its shadow by becoming a completely different band. The James Last Orchestra have made recordings of polka medleys that have more in common with Blue Lines than 100th Window does. Every recognisable element of their debut has been stripped away: the breakbeats, scratches and funk samples are replaced by softly bleeping electronics, spectral guitar figures and clattering drum machines.

Massive Attack are a British musical group formed in 1988 in Bristol, United Kingdom, consisting of Robert "3D" Del Naja, Grant "Daddy G" Marshall and formerly Andy "Mushroom" Vowles ("Mush").

Disappointing fourth studio album from the supposed musical innovators Andy Puleston 2003. Regrettably, the latest offering from the new slim line Massive Attack falls way short of the spurious hype and their previous musical triumphs. Massive Attack used to be adept at bringing lesser known vocalists in to the mainstream and making them shine. Miss O'Connor may need the work but listening to her pine for the slaughtered children on the hugely self indulgent "A Prayer For England" is tiresome whilst the debut single "Special Cases" does little to redeem these felonies. Production-wise 100th Window is solid and occasionally sublime. The drum/bass relationships are all expertly executed and the tracks are mixed beautifully, "Butterfly Caught" in particular.

Released February 10, 2003. 5 Seconds of Summer Breaks Down "Youngblood". 6ix9ine, DMX And The History Of Yelling In Hip-Hop. 5 Seconds of Summer Breaks Down "Valentine". Joji Reacts To Classic Pop Hits (Britney Spears, Boyz II Men, Rick Astley). Interpol Breaks Down "The Rover". The first song on 100th Window is from the point of view of a drug mule/trafficker at an airport. 2. What Your Soul Sings (Ft. Sinéad O'Connor) Lyrics.
